Okay, so his delivery kind of reminds me of The Streets. Wasn't Robert Wyatt in a band before recording solo? Also, the beginning sounds like the opening theme of some old TV show. I wanna say "Hill Street Blues," although I never saw the show and can't remember the theme song to it, unless it's the one I'm thinking of. It's got this wailing saxophone. Does anyone know what the hell I'm talking about?
Robert Wyatt was in Soft Machine. I don't know the TV theme you mean, but I can see what you're saying.
